Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous, organized, and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in the Philippines. You will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection and accurate recording of payments. This role offers an opportunity for internal transfer to an Expense role, taking on broader financial responsibilities within the company.



Key Responsibilities:

 1. Client Visits & Invoicing: Visit clients to obtain sales details and issue accurate invoices based on sales contracts or orders.

 2. AR Recording & Revenue Recognition: Accurately record all accounts receivable and recognize related revenue, ensuring timely and precise financial data.
