Lead the end-to-end accounting management for real estate development, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, and project costs. Participate actively in cost accumulation, expense allocation, and progress accounting throughout various project stages, ensuring financial accuracy aligns with project status. Account for costs associated with consultants and contractors, encompassing project management, legal, engineering fees, and contractor payments. Prepare and review financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, assisting management in financial analysis, cost control, and cash flow oversight.
