Finance Assistant – KOICA MNCH Project

Fixed‑term position of two years based in Eastern Visayas. Works under the supervision of the Senior Finance Officer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations in compliance with World Vision, KOICA, Donor, and Government statutory requirements.
• Record and report grant expenses accurately, ensuring adherence to grant requirements and standards.
• Facilitate good financial services for the project: make timely payments as required by grant, and record all transactions in the finance system.
• Verify that project expenses, including partner expenditures, comply with World Vision policies and KOICA grant guidelines.
• Maintain and file transaction and financial documents, preparing voucher and supporting documentation for audits.
