Job Overview

Castlefield are working with a Professional Services organisation who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the growing team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in accounts receivable and experience using accounting software to contribute to the financial stability of our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Managing specific ledgers to ensure timely cash collections
  • Cash collection for specific ledgers
  • Pre-chasing debts in some instances
  • Chasing overdue accounts by phone and email
  • Dealing with customer queries alongside our administrators and liaising with branches for resolutions
  • Ensure accurate cash allocation and Reconciliation of accounts when necessary
