Job Description

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Keighley area as they look to recruit a Finance Assistant into their team on a full time, permanent basis.

    • Responsibilities:

  • Matching, checking and coding invoices
  • Preparing customer invoices
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Making payments via BACS
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Setting up of new supplier/customer accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Reconciliation of supplier and customer statements
  • Managing petty cash
  • Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
