We are seeking a talented individual to join our Application Support Team for the Finance Strategic Insights Group, responsible for supporting the Financial Applications used by Marsh FP&A.. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You can expect to be part of a dilligent team responsible for the management of the data governance of the financial reporting hierarchies and managing access to Financial Systems.
Finance Application Support Specialist
We will count on you to:
Act as first line product support for the Planning and Reporting Applications and the Salary Planning Capture System (SPCS)
Review and triage support items for other applications used by Marsh FP&A
Monitor the Ticket Log, ensuring all incidents and requests are addressed within assigned SLA
