Support the Finance and business development team exploring alternative capital structures aimed at increasing shareholder returns. Lead the financial evaluation of Greenfield and Brownfield projects, providing strategic analysis for M&A; and financing structuring in coordination with the corporate office, maximizing business profitability and sustainability for Chile.
