About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to join our India operations team. This is a key individual contributor and leadership role responsible for end-to-end financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and commercial contract review. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Indian financial regulations, GST, payroll, and cross-border remittance, and is proficient in leveraging Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
1. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Manage all aspects of direct and indirect taxation including TDS, TCS, advance tax, and corporate income tax.
Ensure timely and accurate GST filings: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C annual returns, and reconciliation.
