**The Role**


The Finance & Accounts Officer supports daily finance operations by handling financial processing, reconciliations, reporting support, payroll administration support, and compliance coordination. The role works closely with the Finance & Accounts Manager to ensure accurate record keeping, timely reporting, and effective support for finance processes and statutory requirements.

**What You'll Be Doing**


The Finance & Accounts Officer supports month-end close activities, reconciliations, financial reporting, audit coordination, and compliance requirements for Philippine operations.
