Finance and Accounting Staff (1 day hiring process)

Job Description

Responsibilities include managing vendor payments, processing invoices, overseeing collections, preparing daily cash flow reports, assisting with tax matters, monitoring fixed assets, tracking inventory levels, preparing audit documentation, and performing office administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• At least 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting field
• Comfortable attending a face-to-face interview (1-day hiring process)
• Good understanding and knowledge in inventory and cost accounting is an advantage
• Willing to commute or relocate near the office as this is 100% work on site
