Job Description
Job Responsibilities and Authority:
1. Financial Management & Reporting
β’ Oversee daily accounting operations (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll, Fixed Assets).
β’ Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
β’ Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
β’ Manage cash flow and financial planning activities.
β’ Provide financial analysis and reports to management.
2. Tax Compliance & Payment
β’ Review, prepare, and ensure timely filing of all national and local tax returns.
β’ Oversee tax payments and ensure compliance with BIR regulations.
β’ Handle tax assessments, audits, and correspondence with tax authorities.
β’ Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure proper implementation.
3. Statutory & Regulatory Filings
β’ Ensure accurate and timely filing of:
