**Job Overview**

Assists with financial planning and budgeting across the manufacturing setup and participate in business decision-making.

**Job Requirements**

1. Execute monthly interim cost change for China 5 plants, include RM, SFG, FG
2. Follow the interim cost change policy and submit interim cost change report on time
3. Understand part cost structure in CER (Capital Expense Request) and explain the variance with mass production standard cost
4. Align standard cost changes with PJM/CTL (people who is in charge of new projects) and highlight cost improvement area
5. Facilitate continuous enhancements to the cost release process
