Job Description
To support in the administration of the finance department and manage the Time & Attendance system in line with strict payroll deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TIME AND ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT AND PAYROLL Administer the Time & Attendance (Timeline) system, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to payroll deadlines Capture new engagements and process terminations on Time & Attendance. Reconcile biometric clockings and monitor absenteeism trends & ensure staff are on correct shift patterns and cost centres. Investigate and resolve daily exceptions (e.g., late arrivals, overtime discrepancies) in collaboration with Unit Managers Oversee leave management via Timeline and ESS systems, ensuring accuracy prior to payroll processing Validate authorised overtime against approved requests and elevate irregularitiesPrepare month-end data exports for permanent staff into Sage
