Job Description
As a Finance Administrator your responsibilities are:
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Manage accounts payable and ensure accurate invoice processing
- Execute payments and liaise with banking partners
- Follow up on approvals and maintain financial workflows
- Support fund operations including capital movements and reporting
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting or administration
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French
- Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
- Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability
- Motivated to grow in a demanding, high-performance environment
