We are seeking a Finance Manager / Senior Bookkeeper to take full ownership of our finance function and work closely with leadership to strengthen financial performance, systems and cashflow.

This is a hands-on role with strategic input, ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded in an SME and making a real impact.

The Role

You will manage end-to-end finance operations while providing meaningful financial insight to support decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• End-to-end bookkeeping using Xero
• Fortnightly payroll
• Monthly financial reporting:
• Profit & Loss
• Balance Sheet
• Cashflow & forecasting
• Budgeting, tracking and variance analysis
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Bank reconciliations and tax lodgments (in liaison with external accountant)
