Finance & Admin Clerk – East Rand

Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Finance and Admin Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing invoicing, procurement, customer communication, stock coordination, and general administrative duties. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue invoices and quotes accurately and on time

Liaise with customers in a professional and courteous manner (phone, email, and in person)

Handle the ordering of stock and ensure timely delivery coordination

Perform general office administration duties

Manage procurement tasks and source suppliers when necessary

Maintain accurate records of all receipts and petty cash using Excel spreadsheets
