Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and align Finance & Accounts operations across all 3 entities.
• Guide and support finance team leads of the 3 entities to strengthen team capability and delivery.
• Drive finance process improvement, strengthen check & balance controls and standardize finance practices.
• Support financial planning, cost control, analysis, and reporting for multi-entity operations.
• Improve resource optimization and collaboration across entities to support business expansion more efficiently.
