We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounting Supervisor to support the finance operations of our Swiss entities while working closely with the U.S. corporate FP&A team. It is crucial that the candidate has by now 1-2 years leading small-medium teams.

This role combines financial planning & analysis and accounting , playing a key role in month-end close, forecasting, and financial reporting quality improvements. Analyze monthly financial results and explain variances vs. budget and forecast .
