JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities:
• Key contributor in the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, reserve calculations and intercompany transactions

• Responsible for accurate and timely submission of financial packages to Corporate on workday 2

• Maintain US GAAP and local statutory books and records

• Book daily cash entries and perform bank reconciliations monthly; assist with cash flow management

• Assist with the credit and collections process, including follow up with customers for past due amounts

• Assist the Accountant recording and paying account payables

• Assist with preparation of monthly payroll, including employee travel expenses, gratuities, leave salary, superannuation

• Prepare and support the GST, TDS, PT & PF filings

• Compliance with Corporate SOX controls and documentation
