PRIMARY PURPOSE

Completion of a variety of basic and/or manual tasks required in the processing and packaging of products within specified parameters and in accordance with the MECP framework and standards and Standard Operating Procedures. To operate primary processing and packaging equipment by adjusting, maintaining and controlling processing equipment, within organisational set up and operating parameters, to ensure that products are produced, by achieving quality standards and according to production specifications. To safely operate and maintain primary & secondary packaging machinery. To coordinate & lead daily activities for, but not limited to Autonomous Operator, General worker. Operating within a team in order to pack finished products according to planned production requirements ensuring good quality packed product at the right cost.
