Top Notch Roofing is a family‑owned, GAF Master Elite certified roofing company serving Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley for nearly 30 years. We’re a 2026 GAF President’s Club Award Winner – one of fewer than 25 contractors in Canada – and we take craftsmanship, safety, and training seriously.

We’re looking for an experienced roofer who is ready to step off the roof and into a part‑time training and mentoring role. This is not a production position. You won’t be installing shingles or hauling materials. Instead, you’ll shape how our crews work, think, and stay safe – sharing the knowledge you’ve earned over a long career.

This role is ideal for a semi‑retired or late‑career roofing professional who wants to stay active, respected, and valued without full‑time hours or physical production work.
