As the Field Trainer you will work closely with the Operations and Training teams to oversee new store openings and to ensure all leaders are successfully benchmarked on our tried-and true Swig processes. To be successful in this role you must work as a strong partner, collaborate with internal teams, and generate excitement with our new teams as they learn the Swig Way.
