Field Service Technician role in Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems, based in Greater Toronto Area, provides on‑site technical support to customers, performing installations, commissioning, preventative maintenance and calibrations while travelling locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with your customers and assist with any issues that may arise
• Create detailed reports and capture costs through timely administrative work
• Perform hands‑on troubleshooting, programming, and repairs
• Reinforce the correct operation and Best Practices of Atlas Copco equipment to your customers
• Respond to emergency field repair of Atlas Copco equipment—including travel as required
• Coordinate your travel schedule and accommodations to visit customer sites
• Interface with customers externally within your region, and with internal teams
