Job Title Field Service Technician
Location Shreveport, LA
Position Summary As a first line of response, you will communicate openly and effectively to identify and resolve issues—often before they arise—using training provided by NCR Voyix to deliver the right solution at the right time. The role includes customer installations, maintenance, and service calls within an assigned territory. You will service electromechanical equipment, including self‑checkout systems, and perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and system overhauls.
Pay and Benefits Hourly Pay Range: $18 to $20, depending on location and experience levels.
Overtime available at time and a half.
