The Garment Field Service Technician is responsible for providing both onsite and remote service for Cintas apparel dispensing machines as needs arise. Additionally, the technician may assist with installations within their assigned territory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


+ Provide onsite and remote service for Cintas apparel dispensing machines within assigned territory, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, network verification, and software upgrades and installations.

+ Be available for emergency service calls during nights and weekends (rare).
