**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Properly enforce, train, investigate and oversee the service field staff’s safety policy acceptance and compliance.
+ Attend all safety related meetings and review all near miss, accidents, and field investigations. Authorize “root causes” for any incident or accident and initiate proper follow up or procedural changes to prevent future incidents.
+ Assist with all “new hire” orientations for service technicians and complete check list for field readiness.
