The Job

• Install, commission, and configure hardware and software systems at customer sites
• Conduct routine and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance of instrumentation/control systems
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electronic, and control-related issues
• Provide on-site technical support and clearly explain technical information to clients
• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and activity summaries
• Support customer relationships as an on-site representative
• Participate in training programs and maintain technical proficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate or resolve technical issues when needed
