About the role
​​​​We are seeking a skilled Field Service Representative - P-8A Avionics & Mission Systems to join the Maintenance Support team in Edinburgh, South Australia, supporting 11 and 12 Squadron operations. This role is focused on the sustainment of the P-8A Poseidon, with particular emphasis on avionics and mission systems.
You will provide technical support to maintenance and engineering stakeholders, helping to resolve complex aircraft faults, improve maintenance practices, and support aircraft availability. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role that requires strong technical judgement, sound communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups within a Defence environment.
