• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems at customer locations throughout the Guadalajara zone
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment operates at peak performance
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency requests, prioritizing issues based on severity
• Document all service activities, repairs, and customer interactions in detail using service management software
• Provide clear technical explanations to customers and offer recommendations for equipment optimization
