• Perform installations, validations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on sophisticated analytical instrumentation, ensuring top-tier quality and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their workflows and offering tailored solutions, training, and technical support.
• Identify and develop revenue opportunities (billable services, consumables, upgrades).
