The Field Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market presence, and managing end-to-end operations for agents within the assigned territory. This role oversees agent onboarding, training, activation, and performance monitoring while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards.



The Field Sales Specialist works closely with the Provincial Distributor (PD) to achieve monthly sales targets, enhance agent productivity, and deliver exceptional field execution. The position requires strong sales acumen, operational discipline, and the ability to build strong relationships with agents, store owners, and distribution partners.

- Achieve the monthly sales target as set by management.
