Overview of the role We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Field Sales Manager to join our team. The purpose of this role is to grow the sales volume, value and margin of their Region ahead of the market, delivering/exceeding defined targets & KPI’s. This will be achieved through developing strong and trusted relationships with independent pharmacy contractors and decision makers, growing spend across product categories. The role will represent our Bestway Healthcare brands: Lexon, Wardles, and Lexon specials. The role is Field based covering the Humber, Notts, South Yorkshire. Core activities include Account management, prospecting new business, relationship management, customer negotiations and account reviews.
