Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Drive sell-through and achieve sales targets across all stores.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by embodying brand values and educating customers on product benefits and usage.
  • Provide brand services to guests to drive brand exploration, experience and conversion.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback or action plans to improve results.

    • Brand Representation

  • Be the brand ambassador, maintaining high levels of professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and execution at the point of sale.
  • Build strong relationships with SMT and cast members to support brand visibility and positioning.
