Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic and passionateField Recruitersto support hiring for last mile delivery operations. The role involves hiring delivery boys, riders, and picker/packers by visiting local areas, sourcing candidates, and ensuring quick onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field hiring for delivery executives, riders.
  • Visit local areas, hubs, and hotspots to source candidates
  • Screen and shortlist candidates through face-to-face interactions
  • Coordinate with candidates for onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain daily hiring reports and follow-ups
