Job Summary

The Field Operations Systems Specialist is responsible for proactively enabling field and operations teams through hands-on training, system adoption support, and front-line hardware troubleshooting across Field Operations Specialist. This role focuses on building user competency, resolving device and system issues in the field, and ensuring accurate, well-maintained data across systems such as ToolHound, HorseTrader, PEMS, and Trackunit.

This position partners closely with field personnel to deliver practical training, reinforce best practices, and identify opportunities to improve workflows, data accuracy, and system usability. While providing day-to-day support, the role is primarily centered on proactive enablement, issue prevention, and continuous improvement—not reactive ticket resolution.
