**What you will do**

As a Field Operations Associate, you will compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage.

+ Manage inventory by tracking product movement, maintaining accurate records, and identifying low or depleted stock levels
+ Inspect incoming and outgoing kits, products, and materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
+ Perform cycle counts and examine inventory for damage, defects, wear, or expiration, reporting issues as needed
+ Maintain warehouse organization, including receiving, storing, and preparing materials for surgical shipments
+ Coordinate with internal teams (distribution, sales, shipping, and warehouses) to expedite or resolve delivery and inventory issues
