What You´ll Do

• Execute engineering and maintenance activities to ensure quality products are delivered on time and at competitive cost.
• Design, coordinate, and implement local plant engineering projects in line with operational and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Production, Quality, and SHEQ teams, providing technical support and expertise.
• Monitor and analyze engineering KPIs to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reliability, and process performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical developments, industry trends, and best practices within the area of expertise.
