Sarasota County Government is seeking a Field Inspector (Compliance Maintenance Specialist II/III) to join our Planning and Development Services – Land Development team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Land Development Engineer to inspect site development projects and ensure construction aligns with approved plans, County standards, and federal, state, and local regulations. You’ll also review, issue, and inspect Right-of-Way Use and Culvert permits, helping projects move forward while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
