Tolunay-Wong Engineers (TWE) is seeking applicants for a Field and Laboratory Geotechnical Technician position in our Houston, Texas office. The position supports geotechnical services. Please note this is a labor-intensive job. We provide all necessary training.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Prepare clear and legible boring records including stratifying and classifying soils

+ Assist work team with various field and laboratory activities

+ Complete required daily reports, and vehicle and equipment inspections

+ Attend all safety meetings and comply with company and client safety standards and programs

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and job site areas

+ Support and adhere to company quality policies and procedures
