Position Responsibilities: 


+ The Field Finance Administrator performs routine administrative, pre-settlement, and/or cashiering duties, minor accounting functions, and/or timekeeping management in a company facility in accordance with standard administrative office procedure

+ Execute Route Accounting and Settlement tasks, i.e., Face to Face driver settlement, cash settlement, cash room duties, i.e., coin machine, coin bags, etc. and end of day paperwork per Standard Operating Procedures

+ Process Accounts Payable tasks, i.e., initiate purchase orders, process invoices, prepare check requests, research payments, etc.
