Your new role
Provide on-site technical support for equipment installation, commissioning, diagnosis, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of complex systems
Perform preventive maintenance, parts overhaul, equipment modification, repair works, and continuous improvement initiatives
Act as a technical and administrative liaison with customers for assigned projects
Coordinate logistics arrangements and work closely with customers on equipment-related matters
Respond to customer issues and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions
Monitor equipment performance and prepare regular service reports and feedback
Escalate recurring customer issues to management to support long-term corrective actions
Support operations in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
