PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will perform site inspections of the electrical construction activities, verify electrical installations and workmanship, enforce safe work practices, and maintain accurate daily reports, including progress tracking, inspections, and documentation.

This position requires hands-on field experience in electrical inspection, strong knowledge of Electrical Utility Safety Rules (EUSR), internal procedures, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), and applicable standards and guidelines (e.g., MTO Book 7, MCR), along with the ability to independently assess and enforce compliance on active construction sites.

• Review IFC drawings, specifications, BOMs, standards, and project documentation prior to construction.
