/Preferred QualificationsField Apps Engineer Supporting SPTS Deposition and Etch technical engagements with customers in the field. This role will primarily support STM based in Grenoble but will also potentially support other European customer sites.
Major Responsibilities include:
• Defining and executing customer specific product penetration, positioning, and market share strategies
• Developing relationships with key customer technical buying influences with a deep understanding of leading-edge semiconductor processes
• Driving collaboration projects, evaluations, H2H, ramp support etc. to deliver differentiated product value, ensure continued product learning and solve customer issues
• Having a strong understanding of the customer sales cycle and process. Jointly develop sales strategies in collaboration with account managers.
