Job Description
**Field Access Lead (FAL)**
The Field Access Lead (FAL) works to execute Pfizer's strategic vision for patient access for approved therapies while maintaining appropriate compliance standards.
The position is field based, reports directly to the Field Access Director and works in close collaboration with commercial and US Market Access colleagues. Through the demonstration of integrity and business excellence, the FAL engages in person both proactively and reactively with territory aligned accounts to help ensure patient access and the resolution of potential customer challenges.
Acting as the main point of contact for patient access, the FAL position primarily focuses on accounts with workflow complexities including multi-provider specialty groups, IDNs, Hospital systems and integrated pharmacy delivery networks.
