Kelly Services is hiring a **Fence Installation Foreman** for a fencing compnay in Middleborough, MA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced fence installation leader who can supervise crews, coordinate jobsite activity, and ensure residential and light industrial fence projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

**Location:** Middleborough, MA
**Pay:** $25–$35/hour, based on experience (higher for the right person)
**Schedule:** Full-time, 8–10 hour shifts, 40–50 hours/week
**Work Location:** On the road

**What you’ll be doing:**


+ Supervising and coordinating daily fence installation and repair work
+ Leading crews on residential and light industrial fence projects
+ Reading and interpreting work orders, plans, specifications, blueprints, and drawings
+ Ensuring installations meet quality, accuracy, and safety standards
+ Scheduling and coordinating project timelines, crew members, and subcontractors
