Job Description – Female Support Worker

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour / £26,436.80 annually (Based on 40 hours per week)
Working Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Service: Jameson's Supported Living – Foots Farm Lane

We are currently recruiting support workers to join our brand new service! Foots Farm Lane is due to open in June 2026 & is based in Clacton On Sea. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the journey! Jameson's Supported Living (part of National Care Group) supports individuals (18+) with complex and enduring mental health needs in & around Colchester. Foots Farm Lane is based in Clacton‑On‑Sea & includes two bungalows & provides spacious shared supported living accommodation for up to 5 people. We are currently looking for females to join our team due to the people we will be supporting at this time.
