Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:
The profitable management of a sheep feedlot with a capacity of 8,000 animals
Stock control that includes both livestock and means of production
Coordination of personnel
Compliance with the necessary health and safety regulations
Qualifications The incumbent should therefore meet the following requirements:
Strong service mindset
Thorough knowledge of feedlot practices
Extensive knowledge of animal health & animal production
The ability to work independently
Good communication and negotiation skills
Computer skills
