About the role
As the Feedback Coordinator reporting to the Feedback Manager, you will work closely with the small Consumer Experience team alongside the wider Southern teams to provide expert guidance in our feedback (complaints, compliments, and general feedback) system. You will ensure that the day-to-day management of consumer feedback is coordinated and monitored.
