Job Description
Lead the sales charge in specialty feed additives as a skilled Technical Sales Expert. Leverage your industry knowledge to capture new business while expanding existing relationships.
This position requires a deep understanding of animal nutrition to effectively build and manage a robust sales pipeline. Your role will involve conducting trials, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and maintaining visibility of sales metrics through disciplined follow-up and CRM management. Youβll work collaboratively with marketing, quality, and innovation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Own territory including Ontario, Quebec, and Maritimes
β’ Prospect new clients and develop account strategies
β’ Execute trials and quantify ROI for customers
β’ Align negotiations with producers, veterinarians, and partners
β’ Regularly update sales forecasts and account plans
