The role is responsible for supporting the vegetable breeding pipeline with advanced testing practices to ensure product advancement success. It involves supporting all operations activities related to internal and external trials, planning and execution of needed external trials, and collection of phenotypic data.

This position will support the testing research associates and breeding specialist from the testing team to deliver creative solutions to complex business problems using advanced field operations, equipment, analytics, and cutting‑edge automation techniques.

Key deliverables include: (i) operations that enable decisions driving pipeline advancement and placement; (ii) delivery of an integrated product system commercial portfolio addressing market needs with the highest data quality.
